
Aedan Joel is a second-year PhD student in Quantitative Psychology advised by Dr. Han Du. He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Honors Psychology with a minor in Data Science. His present research focuses on comparing regression with machine learning methods within the scope of the psychological sciences. Broadly, his research interests involve predictive modeling, Bayesian statistics, network analysis, and psychometrics. When not in the lab, Aedan enjoys badminton, soccer, art house cinema, and philosophy.
